This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are very comfortable, and the inner courtyard is a lovely place to relax. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

This property is a great location and a great value! Everything in the old town of Palma is within walking distance. It is clean. charming and has an excellent staff. The breakfast is fabulous. There is a beautiful palace where you can order a nice drink and even a few appetizers or pizza. The rooms were a normal size for Europe (small) and I was traveling with friends and had a room to myself. They would be fine for a couple but pretty small for friends to share in my opinion. I loved the place! Great value!

Breakfast was simple buffet with fresh products...very tasty. Staff were very attentive and friendly yet not overpowering. Location was brilliant. Easy walking distance for main tourist attractions as well as the train and bus station. Definitely a hotel to be recommended for a Palma city break.

Amazing location, facilities were fantastic. The aesthetic of the whole property & rooms are phenomenal. When you walk into the property you are wowed by the decor & the smell that hits you is just amazing we forgot to ask where we could buy the scent to take home! Staff were outstanding couldn’t do enough for you and even packed us a picnic to take home on our early morning flight they coiling do enough for us! Would recommend to everybody!

I stayed in an accessible room on the first floor which was a decent size with a good bed and decent bathroom. The breakfast was really good and the common areas of the hotel were lovely - I particularly liked the reading room and the courtyard bar, which was very lush and romantic. The staff were fantastic - very friendly and very helpful.

You could not ask for a better location. It is accessible to everything - restaurants, shopping, public transportation, etc. The hotel is an oasis in the heart of Old Town Palma. It has a wonderful courtyard to relax in and the breakfast is fantastic. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

What a lovely hotel! The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is well located - tucked away behind the main shopping street - but great for walking to main tourist parts of the city. We loved the internal decor of the hotel and were very happy with our room. Lovely ensuite and a super comfortable bed. The choice at breakfast was excellent and you could have as much from the buffet as you wanted. They even had a kettle I could boil to make myself a cup of my favourite decaf tea! :-) Delighted with everything we experienced in our two night stay at the Icon Roseta - and would happily stay there again! This obviously means that we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on enjoying a short stay in the city of Palma.

The hotel is located in a quiet street just away from the heart of the city. As such it is an ideal location for the city of Palma. It appears to be a converted old building and has a central courtyard where you can take a rather comprehensive and excellent breakfast. As for the rooms they are standard hotel rooms but kept very clean. All in all I think it was an ideal choice for a stay in Palma

I liked everything about my stay, from the quality of the room and everything in it. The friendliness of the staff who were very helpful. They even gave some great recommendations and made sure we knew where were going while in Palma! The breakfast was great as well with the kitchen staff constantly checking and making sure that everything was stocked. They were very quick with serving and the service was to a very high standard. The design of the hotel is beautiful, very authentic and had a lot of history. The hotel has been designed in a way that celebrates the history of the building which was amazing to see. It was my first time visiting Palma de Mallorca and I had a great experience, ICON Rosetó was a big part of this. I would love to stay here again. A special thank you to Tanya and Nabil, the experience was great!
